Wisconsin-native Katie Scullin stuns, with her powerful, classic voice each time she gets behind the mic. Scullin is an accomplished guitarist and an even better vocalist with a wide, expressive range and the ability to embellish her singing with ample technical prowess. In 2009 Katie led the band Rivalry as it took home the Emerging Artists Series Competition Award at Milwaukee's Summerfest. She was front woman for Star Persons, an “Electro Rap Pop” group that received numerous awards at the Madison Area Music Awards in 2011 and 2012. In 2014  She was voted best singer/songwriter by Madison's 105.5 Triple M Radio

There's Chicago blues. St. Louis, Piedmont, and Delta blues. Texas blues. West coast, East coast and Country blues. Folk blues. Memphis blues. Blues rock. The list can go on.
Michael Murphy and The MOB tries to share their enthusiasm for the blues, and attempts to convey the idea that blues is exciting! Regardless of the circumstance or situation of the subject or topic, no one is really above the blues. Everyone deals with it sooner or later, and their feeling is that there are lessons in the blues to benefit all who hear it!

Mike is a skilled percussionist and bandleader of several Jazz ensembles. He's played a prominent role in the The Twin Cities, Fox Valley and Chippewa Valley Jazz scene. He was a featured performer in the Twin Cities Jazz Society's Young Artists series.

His groups include Malonious Thunk, Point Reyes, John Gallagher Trio and a full on Big Band playing the Classics of the Big Band era!

Guitarist, Vocalist. Born and raised in Appleton, WI, Scott started his professional career at 14,  playing Democratic Party functions in the ‘72 elections. (His mother was a national delegate for George McGovern) averaging 180+ dates a year, he has performed in every conceivable venue. Scott has appeared on the radio, televison, and dozens of record dates. His playing and composing is featured on CDs,films and jingles for such companies as Disney, Ford Motors, Sony, Kimberly Clark, AAL (Thrivent), Ameritech, Cenex, The Green Bay Packers, Treasure Island Casino and many more. As a sound engineer he has worked with Dizzy Gillespie, Dave Brubeck, Clark Terry, Bobby McFerrin, Dianne Reeves, Gerry Mulligan, The Hi-Los, and numerous others. Thanks to his knowledge of music, he is a published concert/CD reviewer and interviewer. Scott has performed throughout the US and Mexico. He has performed for Mayors,Governors, Congressmen, Senators and even the President.
